About this diorama: This scene is comprised of different layers and stand alone pieces, almost like a theatre design. The row of trees for example, stand separately to one another and to the earth the animals are standing upon. The figures of Mother Cow, Calf, Doe, Wolf, Piglet, Frog and Hare are therefore moveable as well as the grasses, mushrooms and candles. This enables you to alter the set up as you wish, and to carefully move the characters and details around to your liking.
Measurements: 23cm height x 28cm deep x 29cm wide.
Materials: Porcelain, gold lustre, gold plated copper wire.
Delivery: These dioramas are intricate pieces to pack carefully. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. If you would like your piece sooner, you can contact me via the contact form to discuss priority delivery.
Set up: You will be sent a video or series of images showing you how to set up your diorama via email.
Care: You may wish to give your diorama a gentle blow regularly to remove any dust that settles. For heavier dust, a damp cloth can be used carefully. You are also welcome to pre-order a display case for your diorama to reduce dusting here. Please note that the gold-plated copper wire will naturally darken over time as it oxidises – this is a sign that your piece has truly settled into its new home!
