About this diorama: This scene is comprised of different layers and stand alone pieces, almost like a theatre design. The back piece, the 2 walls and the 2 trees for example, stand separately to one another, as well as Mother Cow, Calf the grass, the vessels and the roses. This ensures that you can set the diorama up exactly as pictured or instead, as you wish to.
Measurements: 25cm height x 24cm deep x 31cm wide.
Materials: Porcelain, gold lustre, gold plated copper wire.
Delivery: These dioramas are intricate pieces to pack carefully. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. If you would like your piece sooner, you can contact me via the contact form to discuss priority delivery.
Set up: You will be sent a video or series of images showing you how to set up your diorama via email. You are welcome to enquire about me travelling to set it up in person here or email marie@mariecanning.co.uk
Care: You may wish to give your diorama a gentle blow regularly to remove any dust that settles. For heavier dust, a damp cloth can be used carefully. You are also welcome to pre-order a display case for your diorama to reduce dusting here. Please note that the gold-plated copper wire will naturally darken over time as it oxidises – this is a sign that your piece has truly settled into its new home!
